Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking inquiry, visiting our premises, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

RK Convention A/C provides premium air-conditioned venue spaces for:

• Weddings and Receptions
• Engagement Ceremonies
• Sangeet Nights
• Birthday Parties
• Kitty Parties and Baby Showers
• Corporate Events and Conferences

3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our management.
• A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• Final guest count must be provided at least 7 days before the event date.
• Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing and are subject to approval.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required to secure the booking.
• Remaining 50% balance due 7 days before the event date.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, Cash.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before event: 75% of advance refunded
• 15-30 days before event: 50% of advance refunded
• 7-15 days before event: 25% of advance refunded
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.

6. Venue Rules and Regulations

• No smoking inside the air-conditioned halls.
• Outside catering is not permitted without prior approval.
• Any damage to venue property will be charged at replacement cost.
• Music and entertainment must conclude by 11:00 PM as per local regulations.
• The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Decorations must not damage walls, ceilings, or fixtures.

7. Catering Services

• We offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian catering options.
• Final menu selections must be confirmed 14 days before the event.
• Food tasting can be arranged by appointment.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted except with written approval.

8. Parking and Valet Services

• Complimentary cellar parking is available for all guests.
• Valet parking services are provided at no additional charge.
• Vehicles are parked at owner's risk. Venue is not liable for theft or damage.

9. Force Majeure

RK Convention A/C shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, strikes, or civil unrest.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RK Convention A/C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our venue or services.

11. Photography and Media

• You may hire external photographers/videographers with prior notice.
• We reserve the right to photograph events for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

12. Website Use

• The content on our website is for informational purposes only.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website content at any time.
• Unauthorized use of website content or images is prohibited.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
